Our client leading life sciences and medical diagnostics manufacturing client is looking for Training System Specialist I. Kindly have a look at the details below and let us know if you are interested in this opportunity.


The Learning Management System (LMS) Specialist is the primary point of contact for Commercial Education responsible for consulting and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective training processes and support for training requests. Proficiency in LMS administrative transactions particularly with Cornerstone SuccessFactors and EdCast is crucial for aligning training requirements with established processes and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in LMS administrative transactions particularly with Cornerstone SuccessFactors and EdCast.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for learning management systems within Commercial Education.
  • Collaborate effectively with Commercial Education Leaders Project Managers Trainer/Designers field personnel Enablement and Technology teams and other stakeholders.
  • Understand and align with business goals for learning within the assigned area of business.
  • Promote best practices for training execution and course administration ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Drive efficient training processes that enhance compliance and meet role requirements.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance on the implementation of training within each LMS as necessary.
  • Work on simple to complex learning requests submitted through TeamZone (ServiceNow) with independent action.
  • Assist with LMSrelated questions reporting and provide information or analysis as required.

  • Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Cornerstone and/or SuccessFactors administrative knowledge.
