Job Description

- Provide Support in developing Training materials and delivering training and capacity building activities;
- Evaluate effectiveness of training delivered, reporting on results and making recommendations;
- Write Technical reports for technical training outputs;
- Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment;
- Coordinators with partners to identify Training needs and opportunities;
- Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator in the collection of information in accordance with the project’s monitoring and evaluation strategy and action plan;
