1. Research legal issues and cases, including relevant statutes, regulations, and case law. Assisting senior lawyers with drafting legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs.
2. Participating in client meetings and interviews to gather information and assist with case strategy.
3. Attending court hearings, depositions, and trials to observe and learn from experienced lawyers.
4. Conduct legal and factual research to support legal arguments and strategies.
5. Reviewing and analyzing documents, including contracts, discovery materials, and evidence.
