Currently our Market Making Department is searching for a Trading Team Leader who will coordinate the work of one of the teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working with the team: motivation support feedback and error management
- Establishing work processes delegating tasks and monitoring their execution
- Communicating with clients to determine product development strategy immersing in the product and maintaining longterm relationships
- Developing business and trading strategies together with your team
Skills Abilities and Competencies:
- Experience in trading for at least 5 years
- Experience in team management for at least 2 years
- Responsibility analytical mindset systemic thinking stress resistance creativity
- Fluent English
- Experience working with cryptocurrencies
- Bachelors degree in mathematics or economic
