My client is Multinational FMCG company looking to hire Trade Marketing Manager for Dubai based company.
Responsibility Area Functions:
Identifying and exploring new areas of opportunity for Brand penetration and growth.
Ideation and Initiation of various activation plans to generate tertiary sales (Consumer Pull) at all channels.
Preparation of activation calendar and implementation of the same and planning of event calendar in lines with the brand.
Support to sales team to generate secondary sales through trade schemes (Customer Push).
Control and effective utilization of the budget with proper phasing and evaluating opportunity costs.
Develop and execute effective strategies based on global success models and on understanding of customers categories and consumers with the objective of maximizing profitability.
Develop short and long term category strategies based on a thorough understanding of market conditions and trends
Build analysis and work with sales and customer marketing to develop/agree clear specific plans for corrective action.
Champion new product market entry and execution. Includes development of sales presentation/ materials and tracking/analyzing 4Ps inmarket implementation.
Development of trade spend guidelines performs topline allocations and reviews and authorizes planned field trade spend.
Qualifications
Masters Degree
Full time MBA with Sales Background (Preferred)
Experience
Over all 8 Years is a in Trade Marketing in the core FMCG space.
