What to Anticipate

  • Handle inquiries bookings and reservations with accuracy and efficiency utilizing Spanish language skills

Requirements



  • Strong probing and investigating skills.
  • Attention to detail for accurate case management
  • Fluency in Spanish and English both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in customer service
  • Passion for customer service and delivering empathetic responses.
  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently
  • Act as a brand ambassador embodying the Home Improvement brand.
  • Ensure the security of customers information and wellbeing.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Commit to 1525 hours per week (some clients may have weekend requirements).
  • Ensure a quiet distractionfree work environment.
  • Meet the minimum computer specifications required by the client (laptop or desktop).
  • Possess a USB headset with a microphone (required for certification training).
  • Have a hardwired broadband internet service (DSL Cable or Fiber Optic connection).
  • Must be able to p purchase a call center noisecanceling headset connecting to your computer via USB.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role. Home Office Setup: A quiet, professional workspace is essential. Ambient noise should be minimal to ensure focus and professionalism. Internet Requirements: A stable, high-speed internet connection (75+ Mbps download, 10+ Mbps upload) is crucial. Please note, that WiFi connectivity is incompatible with our client applications; an Ethernet connection is required. Communication Tools: Must have a phone readily available for support and assistance. Educational Background: Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Language Skills: Excellent command of English, both in writing and speaking, is a must. We value strong grammatical skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with consumers. Work Ethic: A strong dedication to your work and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are key. We're looking for committed individuals with a strong work ethic. Communication Proficiency: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable. We pride ourselves on excellence in customer interactions.
