• Manage the performance of the test team and individual members by leading empowering and motivating the team through daytoday activities and facilitating the delivery of fully tested fit for purpose solutions & deliverables.
• Coach mentor provide onthejob training and pastoral care to members of the test team.
• Identify create and maintain documentation to support test delivery meet reporting obligations and define quality standards for the test team.
• Liaise with key project stakeholders to identify suitable test team resources for test estimates and delivery and to initiate build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the ICT Division business and operational areas.
• Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences.
• Drive strategic thinking and innovation within the test team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes and advocate for the team and its benefits across the organisation.
• Provide technical advice on applications systems environments data and tools (etc.) to the test team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
