• Guide team members to complete assigned tasks and lead by example by creating executing and reporting on highquality test artefacts such as requirements matrices test cases defects complex test data etc. and ensuring adherence to section standards and guidelines.
• Coach mentor and provide onthejob training and pastoral care to manual testers.
• Identify create and maintain documentation to support test delivery meet reporting obligations and define quality standards for the test team.
• Liaise with key project stakeholders to initiate build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the ICT Division business and operational areas.
• Tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences.
• Contribute to strategic thinking and innovation within the team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes and advocate for the test team and its benefits across the organisation.
• Provide technical advice on applications systems environments data and tools (etc.) to the test team and stakeholders to facilitate test project delivery.
