Context
You have more than 3 years of experience. You are extremely rigorous and a proven experience in the fields of devops and tests and development, analysis and specifications ofmission-critical software. You are looking for a challenge in a complex technical environment.
As a member of a highly qualified team, you will participate in software projects, R&D in the development of the company s products, a high amount of autonomy and personal commitment is necessary.

Tasks

Gain a deep understanding of the interplay between various software components within our ecosystem, comprehending their interactions and dependencies to ensure effective testing.
Deploy and configure software applications on the designated test platform, employing your expertise to set up a representative environment for comprehensive testing.

Conduct thorough testing of software applications, encompassing functional, performance, regression, and usability testing, while considering the intricacies of their integration.
Develop, refine, and execute meticulous test plans, test cases, and test scripts, tailored to the complex software landscape, to validate functionality and interconnectivity.
Collaborate closely with the development team to grasp intricate product
requirements and design specifications, guaranteeing meticulous test coverage across the software ecosystem.
Identify, meticulously document, and systematically track software defects and inconsistencies, utilizing proficient issue-tracking systems for efficient communication.
Take a proactive role in creating and sustaining testing environments and datasets that accurately replicate real-world scenarios, ensuring exhaustive testing.
Collaborate synergistically with cross-functional teams to maintain unwavering quality standards throughout the dynamic software development lifecycle.
Provide timely, precise feedback to stakeholders regarding software quality, performance metrics, and potential enhancements within the integrated software framework.
Remain current with the latest industry best practices and emerging testing methodologies, incorporating relevant strategies into our adaptable testing processes.
You participate in the analysis of customer requirements and specific studies.
You participate in the R&D software development global strategy.
Participate in work products peer s reviews (code and documents),
Analysis and correction of defects,
Interface with testers to get complete information regarding the circumstances of failed tests and how to reproduce their results.
You coordinate technology watch for fields delegated to you.
You may create and maintain the technical documentation (software requirements specification, detail design, test cases, traceability, architecture documentation).
You perform unit tests, and if necessary, integration tests, formal system tests (Factory AcceptancenTest) and participate in the customer acceptance tests (Site AcceptanceTest).
You may participate in on-site customer installations.

Requirements

Proven track record as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer, ideally within a research and development context.
Profound familiarity with diverse software testing methodologies, tools, and procedural frameworks.
Proficiency in comprehending software interactions and orchestrating deployment on testing platforms to facilitate comprehensive testing procedures.
Hands-on experience managing platforms, including DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, to facilitate streamlined software deployment and testing.
You have at least 3 years of experience in these domains.
Knowledge of configuration management principles at the level of individual work products,
Experience also in languages like C++, JAVA, Python, RUST is a plus.
You have a proven experience in the writing of software specifications and in software testing.
You have a high analytical capacity and you are adaptable, autonomous, rigorous, and service-oriented.
Ability to analyze requirements, and identify missing information or need forclarification,
Team spirit with transparent technical communication and reporting
You have an excellent knowledge of PC technology (OS LINUX/WINDOWS and hardware platform installation).
Autonomous,
Awareness of technological trends, and aptitude for self-training,
You have a high-stress resistance, and you are flexible.
Fluent written and spoken French and English is required, German is a plus.
You are willing to travel internationally for customer support and installations.

Our recruitment process

We have a 4 steps recruitment process at Enova:

• A first interview by video conference TEAMS, to get to know each other, check your soft and hard skills and understand more about Enova and our activities.
• If you are shortlisted, the second interview is as well by video conference teams or face2face to meet other people, in general the manager managing the client business relations and know more about the collaboration.
• After getting all the different information to have a Enova-consultant collaboration, we organize a meeting and/or a technical interview with the client technical team
• If we see each other working together in an Enova collaboration we present you during a last interview the contract that we want to propose, ideally in our office.

During this recruitment process, we communicate by phone and by mail and we can invite you to meet our teams in our office or the client's team of course.
