Job Description
Job Title: Selenium Test Engineer
About the Company:
Our client is a leading IT Technology & Services Management MNC dedicated to providing stateoftheart IT solutions for internal and external customers in the insurance landscape. As part of a major insurance group based in Germany and Europe the company operates in 26 countries with a strong focus on Europe and Asia. They offer a comprehensive range of insurances pensions investments and services leveraging cuttingedge technologies such as Cloud Digital Robotics Automation IoT Voice Recognition and Big Data science.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases in compliance with project standards
- Identify and report defects collaborating with developers on resolutions
- Work with Requirements Engineers to develop acceptance criteria
- Support defect management process and conduct root cause analysis
- Track Test KPI and metrics in accordance with ETSM standards
Technical Requirement Summary:
- 37 years of experience in manual or automation testing
- Expertise in test planning execution and data management
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence
- Exposure to scripting and test automation tools such as Selenium and JUnit
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Relevant certifications in software testing or test automation (e.g. ISTQB Selenium)
