Assist with administrating of all tenders and quotations
Sourcing of quotations
Preparation of RFQ/P for purchasing of goods and services and evaluating PPPFA
Maintenance and record keeping of suppliers documents
Administration of once off multiple year payments and contracts
Administrate the supplier payment process by registering processing and forwarding invoices from suppliers to finance for payment
