Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Amman for a Telesales Team Manager.

The Telesales Team Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives who make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for our client

. The Telesales Team Manager will also be responsible for setting targets, developing sales strategies and coaching the team to achieve those targets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Telesales or Sales Manager role
- Proven track record in managing and leading a sales team
- Strong understanding of Telesales sales techniques and a sales-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Experience with telesales softwares and CRMs
- Proficiency in Arabic languages
- Strong organizational, leadership and teamwork skills
