- Obtain customer approval and information to list their cars for sale on YallaMotor KSA by making outbound calls
- Post customer ads on the website as per the defined procedure
- Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by chatting
- Upsell products to upgrade customer ads before posting them on the site
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Document call/lead information according to standard operating procedures
- Manage and resolve customer rejections
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into system
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customer requests where necessary
- Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
