Overview:

The Telecaller/Customer Service Executive plays a crucial role in our organization as the first point of contact for our customers. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service resolving customer inquiries and promoting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products or services
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or recommendations
  • Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during interactions with customers
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics or issues
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new telecallers or customer service representatives
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when handling customer information

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
  • Proven experience in a customer service or telesales role
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in person over the phone and through digital channels
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think quickly and handle challenging situations professionally
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to effectively multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments
  • Proactive and adaptable with a strong willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Understanding of data privacy standards and confidentiality principles
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and handle a high volume of calls
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
