As a Telecaller at Career Pro HR Solutions you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers to promote products or services.   • Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products or services.
  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information.
  • Understand customer requirements and close sales.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Update and maintain customer databases.
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
  • Keep detailed records of calls and sales activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to generate new business.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving marketing strategies.

Candidate Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in marketing or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
