Techno-Commercial ManagerCost Accountant

• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop and maintain accurate project budgets for Civil & Interior construction projects considering all relevant factors including materials labor equipment and overhead costs.
• Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to forecast project expenses and identify potential costsaving opportunities.
• Cost Estimation:
• Conduct thorough cost estimation analyses for proposed projects considering project scope specifications and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure that cost estimates align with project requirements and client expectations.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor project financial performance analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for management highlighting project performance metrics cost trends and potential risks.
• Contract Management:
• Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers subcontractors and vendors to ensure favorable terms and pricing for materials and services.
• Monitor contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle and address any discrepancies or issues as they arise.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes and cost control procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization to streamline cost accounting and reporting processes.

• B.E / B.Tech. (Civil) with a minimum of 3 5 years of overall professional experience in product development organization. MBA will be an added advantage
• Proven experience in budgeting estimating and cost accounting for Civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis cost control techniques and contract management.
• Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel VBA Tableau (Optional) SAP/Farvision
