Job Description:

Treat Developers like valued customers helping them learn how to effectively use client intacct APIs from getting started guides to detailed API references your content will empower developers by supplying the information they need to extend client and integrate with its financial data.

Daytoday

Youll use your API knowledge to research and create content for developers. Theyll reply on you to help them understand how to best build integrations and application that works with client API. Youll create content for internal developers and external Partners

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the developer content experience team by completing writing assignments. Author content in markdown use Github for source control and publish with Redocly.
• Collaborate with content developer colleagues to understand the task goals and details of each project. Ask questions !
• Research technical information by consulting with engineering team members across globe.
• Keep track of your progress and areas where additional investigation or work needs to be done.

Experience

• 5 years as a technical writer
• 2 years of experience creating developer documentation. Experience with rest and openAI experience is required. Experience with XML APIs is desired.
• Experience with GitHub and YAML preferred.
• Portfolio of original writing samples from how to articles for developer to API references.
• Desire to advocate for developer users.
• Ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fastchanging environment.
• Ability to think plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously with outstanding attention to details.
