Currently we are seeking a Senior API Technical Writer with AI/ML experience for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation.

Position: API Technical Writer

Location: Remote supporting PST hours

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers product managers and designers to understand API functionalities and features
• Create comprehensive and userfriendly documentation for our APIs SDKs and developer tools.
• Write clear and concise technical content in Markdown and HTML format.
• Work closely with engineering teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into accessible documentation.
• Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy clarity and consistency.
• Keep documentation uptodate with product changes enhancements and new features.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve documentation quality.
• Provide support to developers and internal stakeholders by answering documentationrelated queries.
• Utilize version control systems such as Git and GitHub to manage documentation repositories and track changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Technical Writing or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technical writer preferably in API documentation.
• Proficiency in Markdown and HTML for creating technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of Java and Python programming languages.
• Familiarity with AI/ML technology and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality documentation.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and GitHub.
• Knowledge of Git workflows and best practices is a plus
