Contract Duration: 6-18 months
Rate: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

  • Excellent employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Specialist/ Technical Writer in the
    La Verne, CA area.
  • 5 days onsite to start. POSSIBLE change to 3 days onsite/ 2 days Work from Home after onboarding and training.
  • Home office supplies (Monitors, Printers, etc.) will not be provided
  • Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure and form documentation.
  • Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialized topics are appropriately addressed
  • Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team.
  • Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information while also following company provided technical guidelines
  • Coordinate and maintain the sales order entry processing function orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, credits etc.
  • Dealing with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner
  • Provide support to commercial Team with timely responses to enquiries
  • Be familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries.
  • Participate in regular business reviews, conference calls and face to face, based on defined customer portfolios
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer files for all orders, business reviews etc.
  • Timely preparation of weekly/monthly metrics as set out by site management
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Quality and EHS policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
  • Any other duties as required from time to time by your Manager

Experience:

  • Third level Diploma / Degree in Business, English, Communications, Technical Writing or related to Supply Chain Management
  • 3-5 years Previous experience in a Customer Service or Technical Writer role
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent understanding of MS office
  • Experience within a Pharmaceutical (or regulated industry) and Supply Chain environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence in a positive manner
  • Understanding of Quality Management and compliance systems within the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to manage and drive projects to completion
  • Ability to work within a dynamic Team environment
