- Analyze the project to find and suggest the right solution
- Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the team
- Evaluate all items supplied in order to ensure durability and accuracy
- Identify risks and form contingency plans
- Collaborate with the team to identify and perform troubleshooting as required
- Create and develop performance report, delivery method, scope of work, and general duties records
- Attend client meetings (when and as need be) for project briefing, consultation, installation and closeout reviews
