• Past experience as Customer Quality Engineer is a plus.
• Excellence communication and writing skill

Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

Manage and publish failure analysis report.
Create/publish technical documentation e.g. process document operating procedure engineering evaluation etc.

Coordinate and driving actions write up status report.
Keep track PCN timeline and status.
