Our client, an international production company, is a leader in his segment for the development and manufacturing of high-quality products. The plant in the surroundings of Nijmegen is seeking a highly motivated Head of Maintenance (m/f/x).
Aufgabenbereich
- guaranteeing the production safety and the reliability of the materials and machines.
- improving the technical facilities by developing concepts and implementing measures.
- developing and managing your team.
- ensuring compliance with all respective guidelines and regulations.
- keeping track of the budget and documentation.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor in elecrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent formation.
- minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a production company.
- strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- excellent leadership and team player skills.
- knowledge of ERP systems.
