- Prepare the annual business plan for all the respective departments.
- Monitoring the performance of the technical department through assigning the proper KPIs.
- Make sure that all the decisions of the technical departments (repairs, technical tools upgrade … etc) are pursued in line with the budgetary considerations.
- Submitting periodic progress report that summarizes the key achievements, challenges, and recommendations related to the technical departments.
- Improving the current work processes in line with the company's process optimization strategies to ensure that the work is being done in the most efficient manner.
