Technical Lead - Dot Net

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of .Net developers to deliver highquality software solutions
• Drive the technical design implementation and delivery of .Net applications
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Technical Capabilities with handson experience in the following tools/technologies: ASP.NET C# SQL Server .Net core message queueing knowledge design patterns and architectural concepts (MVC DI Restful API Microservice)
• Build applications for various platforms using common frameworks including .Net
• Write clean testable code using .NET programming languages utilizing indepth development technical and design expertise in .NET ASP.NET C# and SQLServer
• Review and refactor code
• Handson experience using testing frameworks (i.e. NUnit Visual Studio xUnit etc.) and TDD
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Experience migrating or working with C SSIS or SSRS code
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Participate in architectural and design discussions
• Manage and prioritize project tasks deadlines and deliverables
• Identify and address technical risks and issues proactively
• Ensure scalability performance and security of applications
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and recommend their adoption when relevant
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle
• Contribute to process improvements and tool evaluations
• Resolve technical challenges and provide innovative solutions
• Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other stakeholders
• Effectively communicate project status issues and risks to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of handson experience in software development with a focus on .Net technologies
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring software development teams
• Expertise in .Net framework C# ASP.Net MVC and Web API
• Strong understanding of objectoriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience in agile methodologies and project management
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of database technologies such as SQL Server Oracle or MySQL
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
• Experience in driving technical design and architecture decisions
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to identify and address technical risks and issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate are a plus
