Open Position: Technical IT Support Engineer (MNC IT Service Provider)
An MNC IT service provider is currently Technical IT Support Engineer to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.
Key responsibilities include:
A degree in Fintech Information Technology or Telecommunications or any relevant experience.
Involve in IT projects and execution of ongoing regional support projects.
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT Support covering IT Network Infrastructure via phone call remote connection and etc
Develop training/development plans and conduct IT training to regional customers.
Having Network Certifications such as CISCO (CCNA/CCNP) or Aruba Network or etc would be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
