GOSH TECHNOLOGIES LTD a growing and leading iGaming aggregator that partners closely with the biggest tier 1 providers in the iGaming industry are ready to conquer Asia and are currently looking for a Partnership Manager!
Job Summary:
As an Integration Support Specialist you will play a pivotal role in the seamless integration of B2B and B2C operators primarily utilizing communication channels such as Skype and Telegram. Your responsibilities include providing guidance to operators based on provided API documentation conducting basic support operations (e.g. adjusting bet levels providing replays and occasional round verification) and facilitating communication and coordination with the game provider support team during integration processes.
Respopnsibilities:
- following B2B and B2C operators during the integration process (skype chats mostly can be telegram)
- advise the operators according to the provided API documentation
- basic support operations (changing bet levels if needed providing replays occasionally verifying rounds)
- interact and coordinate with the game provider support team regarding integrations
- updating documentation with new onboarded clients details (integration related not commercial)
Requirements
- knowledge of how an API integration works
- ability to speak write and read English (mandarin chinese or indonesian language are a plus)
- being proficient with Office Suit (excel word etc.)
- previous experience in the iGaming (online gambling) industry is a plus
- ability to provide support in a polite and professional way
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 mbps bandwidth
- Must have backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be amenable to work from 9AM to 6PM
