Job Description:

The primary tools in scope with respect to enterprise architecture teams include but are not limited to:

Primary Tasks

• Review existing architecture and security postures and provide an implementation approach to maximize efficiencies for use in a cloudbased environment.
• Develop technical design specifications to ensure delivery team implementations align with established architectural designs.
• Identify and recommend any critical additional architecturalrelated tools and technologies necessary to support continuous integration and delivery methods.
• Support client to conduct assessments recommend optimization strategies implement updates and provide optimization support in Azure and other cloud service standards and solutions at the operating systems programming middleware and database levels.
• Facilitate discussions and present planning and implementation tasks related to architecture and securitybased initiatives.
• Validate implementation configuration or code updates proposed by Enterprise Architecture and Information Security to meet established or planned DCSS architectural testing standards.
• Document technical architecture requirements design and implementation activities as defined for use by DCSS staff.
• Partner with DCSS Information Security and Enterprise Architecture resources to enhance existing security architectures and support the implementation of any new services and solutions in the cloud.
• Assess existing Enterprise Architecture roadmaps and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in technical systems development analysis programming technology solutions
• Bachelors Degree in an ITrelated or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a yearforyear basis.
• Three (3) years of successful delivery experience with Azure cloud projects which addressed enterprise system architecture technology web services and messageoriented middleware software technologies
• Three (3) years of experience with identifying developing or implementing cloud security standards
• Demonstrated experience as lead role for integrations for at least one (1) project in the last five (5) years
• Industry recognized certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or applicable MS Azure Cloud certifications
• Additional education technical architecture certification(s) and demonstrated technical architecture experience.
