- Providing technical advice to improve the cooperation in the area of employment policy between all key government partners (e.g. Ministry of Labour (MoL), Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supplies (MoITS), chambers of commerce and industry, business associations and society
- Supporting international and other national staff of the EJ 2030 project in the communication with local partners from central and provincial level
- Representing the Team Leader and the EJ 2030 project when requested
- Participating in internal team meetings and external meetings with counterparts and development partners
