- Build capacity in line ministries for the development of conceptual frameworks and strategic budget planning.
- Assist line ministries in developing key performance indicators.
- Advise General Budget Department in budget planning and execution.
- Supervise Senior Budget Advisor, GFMIS/IT Advisor and the Public Audits Advisor.
- Other duties as required by the DCOP or COP as needs arise within the Budget and GFMIS areas of the project arise.
