As we stand on the brink of shaping the future were hiring a worldclass Germanspeaking Tech Lead (w/m/d) to inspire and guide our crossfunctional core product team.

In this role You will lead 12 engineering teams in developing customerfacing features and empower us to continue to learn and ship fast grow our team and achieve our goals.

Your mission

• Lead our engineering teams provide guidance and support team members.
• Drive engineering initiatives and shape our product processes at department level
• Own the technical scope for the team and empower the team to handle tech decisions
• Collaborate with product design and QA in an agile Product Trio manner
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Test code for functional security and performance issues
• We live clean code: Ensure quality through codereviews and share your expertise in pair programming

Your profile

• A strong enthusiasm for crafting web applications
• You are an expert in modern fullstack development including a modern frontend framework using TypeScript
• You are strong on writing performant code and clean architectures
• You have experience in mentoring developers or leading a small team
• You love iterating and take pride in owning customerfacing features from ideas to running live. You strive for great visuals and usability.
