The Role:

As a Senior Care Worker / Team Leader based in a large Victorian house in Swindon you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding care services. The house refurbished to a high standard features an enclosed garden creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our clients residents.

Responsibilities:

• Manage care plans and risk assessments.
  
• Organize engaging activities for residents.
  
• Liaise effectively with health professionals.
  
• Collaborate with the manager in daytoday operations.
  
• Conduct staff supervision and ensure team cohesion.
  
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  
• Showcase IT literacy in managing documentation.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role.
