Job Description

US Mortgage in Active Servicing Strong knowledge in Taxes

Essential Skills

• Expert in US Mortgage lenders policies guidelines and procedures (loan to value debt to income collateral review compliance review)
  
• Having work experience in active or default servicing processes
  
• Team mentoring & coaching individual associates who may fall below desired performance
  
• Ability to build & motivate teams
  
• Ability to manage Client escalations and maintain good client relationships
  
• Sound knowledge in US mortgage guidelines and documents
  
• Should be able to interact with the clients and understand their requirements articulate the same to the team and ensure that every requirements are met.
  
• Should be able to manage all required artifacts of the process that is being handled starting from process mapping to agent stack ranking which needs to be periodically updated
  
• Knowledge on EA and Tax related calculations
  
• Overall knowledge about end to end of Tax Payments and Delinquent Tax follow ups
  
• Ability to sort out customer queries related to Tax
  
• Should be able to handle inbox related to taxes and direct queries from the borrowers and internal team
  
• Should have a fair idea on Tax related documents
  

Requirements

Total 5 years of Exp with Min 2 years of experience in managing teams in US Mortgage Servicing operations
