Tasks

A diverse field of responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Representative welcoming visitors being the first point of contact for phone calls emails/correspondence and queries in general in German and English
  • Handle outgoing shipments picking packing preparing shipping documentation and courier arrangements (up to 40%)
  • Contact person for HR and administrative questions for the management and team
  • Order and maintain office supplies and kitchen refreshments as needed
  • Property and meeting room management: liaise with staff suppliers and third parties
  • Administrating activities (creating various documentation lists letters contact with the authorities)
  • Support in making travel arrangements
  • Organization of meetings and corporate events your role is significantly contributing to our team atmosphere!

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training/qualification or comparable qualification
  • At least 12 years of professional experience in administration and front desk (HR and logistics experience is a plus)
  • MS Office and experience and understanding of an ERP system and general business processes
  • You work accurately reliably and efficiently
  • You are a fastlearner and selfstarter that shows initiative and enjoys being an equally important part of a growing company
  • You convince with a confident and courteous manner in dealing with customers or guests
  • Fluent in English and German spoken and written (min. B2 level)
  • You have a valid work permit for Switzerland
  • Able to work from our headquarter in Rmlang during the usual office hours (85pm)
