• Review tax returns for all direct and indirect taxes (Corporate income tax, VAT, WHT, etc.) for the countries in scope and ensure timely filing and payment of all. The Team Lead will be responsible to oversee deadlines and inform the Regional Tax Team in case of any delay or issue.
• Stay updated on tax changes and update the team knowledge over tax regulation and changes in the tax legislation and accounting treatments associated with any change, assist in early adaptation of changes in regulation through multiple systems affected in coordination with the technical teams involved.
• Laise with the Regional Tax Team to support in all tax related queries related to the group, support in case of Tax Audits or Tax Filings done at Group Level, tax updates and trainings.
