- Support the definition of a holistic compliance risk framework to address current gaps and raise compliance levels.
- Support ISTD with designing and implementing compliance improvement initiatives to mobilize tax revenue and increase institutional efficiency through enhanced data analysis, developed intelligence functions, risk-based management, and more effective tax enforcement efforts.
- Support ISTD with adopting systemic risk management through effective risk planning approaches: risk analysis processes and procedures; risk-based audit programming; monitoring and evaluation; functional requirements; data collection; organizational arrangements.
