Administrative
- Answering phone calls and emails from internal stakeholders
- Managing and maintaining electronic filing systems
- Liaising with different departments and stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to management and staff including filing data entry and scheduling team meetings or events
- General administrative duties
- Managing and maintaining Tax Division Document Templates
- Assist team with processing DocuSign requests
- Assist with Billings sending out bills assisting raise simple invoices ASIC invoices liaise with audit and BA
- Assistance Senior Administrator and Xero managers with Debtor / Invoicing follow ups
- Assist with ATO queries
- Assisting the Tax Accountants in packaging tax returns for clients
- Preparation of Group Structure Diagrams
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Accounting Admin Tax Admin or similar
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word and Outlook); experience in Xero XPM FYI Docs DocuSign and ASIC is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Adherence to time frames and meeting deadlines
- Qualifications in business administration bookkeeping or accounting would be an advantage

Setup and Location: Officebased (Cebu)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)

To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any relevant field. CA Preferred. At least 3-5 years of experience as Accountant or similar role in Australian Tax accounting industry. Strong knowledge of basic and advanced accounting and financial principles and practices. Demonstrable knowledge of preparing financial statements of companies, trusts, partnerships. High competence in preparing and finalizing company, trust & partnership tax returns -experience in SMSF is preferable. Outstanding working knowledge on GST, BAS, IAS & other compliance related functions. Excellent knowledge on MS Office and in various and accounting software extensive. Knowledge in MYOB, XERO, XERO Tax, XPM, BGL 360, and other accounting & business software systems. Strong attention to detail, time management, and accounting administration skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal English business communication skills. *The hiring process will take place virtually.
