- Working closely with the hiring managers to ensure a full understanding of the requirements and expectations of the vacant jobs.
- Managing internal and external hiring processes in compliance with Zain policies & procedures.
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates using a variety of channels, such as job postings on Zain's website or professional networks, while effectively targeting highly potential candidates for the vacant jobs.
- Effectively manage the use of the applicant tracking system & hiring processes.
- Effectively assessing applicants’ relevant qualifications, skills, and aptitudes, using standardized screening techniques.
