Talent Acquisition Specialist / IT Recruiter

Job Description

• Sourcing and recruiting experience with technologies like Java, JS/Angular, Node JS, MEAN, MERN, Stack, Solution Architect, QA, Functional Analysts.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
• Interview candidates and gather more information on their skills.
• Coordinate with the recruitment manager to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
• Send personalized emails with current job openings to candidates that are interested.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

Job Requirements

• BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
• Fluent English Speaker.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter - Software field.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
