Job Overview

Are you a seasoned Recruitment Professional with a proven track record of at least 3 years in endtoend recruitment processes If you possess the acumen to identify toptier talent and excel in a dynamic work environment we invite you to consider a pivotal role within our organization.

Position Details:

  • Location: Eastwood QC
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Shift: Dayshift (7am4pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meticulous candidate sourcing and screening to identify highly qualified individuals.
  • Conduct initial phone screening and assessment.
  • Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Extend and negotiate offers with a keen understanding of both candidate and company needs.


Requirements

  • Key Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 3 years of comprehensive recruitment experience showcasing proficiency from resume screening to the finalization of job offers.
    • Proven experience in sourcing with a focus on roles such as mortgage finance marketing admin healthcare logistics etc.
    • Familiarity with Zoho Recruit is advantageous though not obligatory.
    • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably in a fastpaced corporate environment.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment processes techniques and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
