As the Talent Acquisition Manager Sourcing your role is pivotal in devising innovative strategies to source qualified teachers from diverse channels and generate leads for teaching positions.
Your creative thinking and outofthebox ideas will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top teaching talent to meet our organizations staffing needs.
Your Key Contributions:
1. Creative Sourcing Strategies for Teacher Leads:
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify potential teacher candidates from various channels including social media platforms educational forums community groups and niche job boards.
2. OutoftheBox Ideas for Teacher Recruitment:
Generate innovative ideas and explore unconventional methods to attract teacher leads such as organizing virtual teaching workshops partnering with educational influencers hosting teacher recruitment challenges or implementing referral incentive programs.
3. Multifaceted Approach to Teacher Sourcing:
Utilize a multifaceted approach to teacher sourcing combining traditional recruitment methods with innovative techniques to reach a broader pool of teaching candidates and generate leads for teaching positions.
4. Volume Hiring Solutions:
Design and implement scalable sourcing strategies tailored to volume hiring needs leveraging automation technology and streamlined processes to efficiently attract and onboard large numbers of teaching candidates.
5. Talent Acquisition Program Development:
Develop implement and continuously improve a bestinclass talent acquisition program to attract and retain top teaching talent. This includes maintaining a candidate database via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and producing collateral materials to promote Edge Tutor as an employer of choice.
6. Collaboration and Brainstorming:
Collaborate with the recruitment team school leaders and other stakeholders to brainstorm creative ideas and strategies for sourcing teacher leads and filling teaching vacancies effectively with a focus on volume hiring requirements.
7. Experimentation and Adaptation:
Continuously experiment with new sourcing channels techniques and ideas for teacher recruitment and adapt strategies based on feedback performance metrics and changing market trends especially in the context of volume hiring initiatives.
8. Tracking and Reporting:
Track the effectiveness of different sourcing channels and creative initiatives for teacher leads and provide regular reports and insights to evaluate the success of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement with a specific focus on volume hiring metrics.

Location: Remote work with occasional operational meetings in Manila.
