Gosh is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Account Manager to join the team in our office. If you really love what you do and ensure the quality of your customer relationships match the quality of the products you re representing then this role could be for you!
Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities:
Building and managing close relationships with the allocated clients;
Managing multiple clients in a professional and organized manner;
Ensure clients are optimizing our games on their sites as well as upselling the existing clients for new products.
Managing the day to day relationship with customers as well as revenues across a portfolio of products including Slots Scratchcards and Instant Win Games;
Working with clients to gain insight in product performance and performance and complete regular client review meetings;
Keeping up to date with new information policies and regulations which are updated from time to time;
Being uptodate and promoting company products and promotions;
Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the company customer experience;
Attending and representing the company at events and exhibitions tailored to the iGaming Industry;
Assisting with other needs which may arise from time to time;
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Commercial or Account management ideally within the iGaming industry;
Selfstarter and motivated person to succeed both in a team environment and as an individual;
Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
Ability to work independently and possess strong organizational and time management skills
Good problem solving skills with a proactive approach;
Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets;
Ability to understand and manage commercial agreements;
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in English any other languages are a plus.
