Since our foundation in Lyon in 2016 we have been revolutionizing the liquidity planning market for SMEs across Europe. We enable our clients to strategically manage their cash flow to stay on top of things to look ahead and to grow. Being part of AGICAP means enabling every business to grow and helping companies achieve their entrepreneurial goals. Through one of the largest FinTech funding rounds of USD 100 million we have grown from 3 founders to >500 employees. But we are just getting started and are looking for team players with an entrepreneurial mindset and the will to make Agicap the No. 1 allinone tool for cash flow in Europe.

Tasks

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at AGICAP you will work directly with the General Manager and the Talent Acquisition team. As the company grows you will be responsible for recruiting talented employees to support further scaling and achieve the goals of the business plan.

You will learn handson how recruiting works in a rapidly growing scaleup and how to attract Alevel talent to a company. We will teach you important skills such as active sourcing KPI monitoring employer branding and stakeholder management.

You will ensure an excellent candidate experience and become a recruiting partner in our company.

What you will do:

  • You generate an extensive candidate pipeline
  • Manage new applications conduct screening interviews and filter assess and manage candidates according to their skills through the application process
  • Actively search for suitable candidates on LinkedIn to find and target the best profiles in the market
  • You recruit new top talent across Germany every month especially for the Sales and Customer Success departments
  • You review and communicate your own performance through weekly reports and engage in regular feedback sessions with your team lead

Requirements

What you bring:

  • You speak English at least at C1 level. German skills are a plus
  • You are in the final stages of your bachelors or masters degree
  • You have already gained some experience in recruiting ideally in a dynamic environment
  • You are ambitious and motivated to achieve your goals want to learn and drive your team forward
  • You work in a precise and structured manner and have the ability to remain communicative and empathetic at all times
