Systems Configuration Specialist

The roles and responsibilities: 1. Responsible for remotely configuring the network settings, encoder settings, retention settings and more on all our IP cameras and DVRs. 2. Providing configuration recommendations to customers to best serve their system/solution needs. 3. Working with customers to rectify retention issues by evaluating high bitrate IP devices. 4. Document all system configuration and changes. 5. Collaborate with Network Engineers to resolve any health issues. Required skills and experience: Skilled in configuring CCTV, IP video solutions or other related hardware Hands-on experience in the installation, maintenance, testing, configuring and integration of CCTV systems and devices Good understanding of CCTV system operations and design Bonus skills!
