Tasks

• Follow up on key factors with publishers such as ads.txt, fillrate, tech issues
• Check and manage technical issues using the company s platform
• Direct support for publishers
• Support with the integration of publishers
• Publisher daily report
• Check test page of integrations
• Joining calls of troubleshooting integrations
• Follow up on metrics alongside the Demand Ops team
• Create accounts & users
• Approve websites
• Download ads.txt
• Invite publishers on GAM MCM
• Input demand enabling

Requirements

• Proficient in Advanced Excel
• Organized and proactive
• Advanced English level (written and spoken)
• Basic/Intermediate Spanish is a plus (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills
• Mid-level knowledge of vast and vpaid integrations
• Mid-level knowledge of javascript integrations
• Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus
