About the job
The ideal candidate for this position will play a crucial part in ensuring full compliance with our Supply Chain policies, procedures, and guidelines through regular audits and performance reviews. In addition, will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of Supply Chain management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with Supply Chain policies, procedures and guidelines through periodic audits and performance review
- Translate Supply Chain strategies into initiatives, programs and projects to derive and promote excellence
- Overall Supply Chain KPIs design, audit and monitoring for corporate and local supply chains
- Overseeing S&OP process execution, and ensure alignment with company strategy and corporate SC strategy
- Facilitate regular meetings with all related parties such as Control Towers (CT) for all TPMC sites and executive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), as part of overseeing S&OP process execution
- Contribute in monthly Supply and Demand evaluation
- Tech. Transfer between Sites & Localization
- Contribute in Capacity Planning and CAPEX evaluation. This includes Bidding evaluation in Tenders
- Part of Inventory optimization Committee to minimize dead stocks and plan/follow Liquidation Actions with concerned parties

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum (5-7) years of experience in a similar role.
- Pharmaceutical experience is a must
