Requirements

• At least 3 years supervisory experience in other recognized 5star hotels / resort / casino properties local or abroad is preferred.
  
• Experience in Fine Dining Restaurant Service
  
• Experience in Forbes 5Star rating standards
  
• Have a well groomed professional appearance.
  
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of coworkers and Management.
  
• Knowledge in F&B Operations

• Knowledge in Safety and Sanitation
