Technologies (all of these): Certified SuccessFactors Consultants in ONB 2.0 Goodtohave skill: SAP SuccessFactors ONB 1.0 Employee Central. Roles & Responsibilities: Expert in SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 module and conceptual knowledge of integration with other SF modules. Good experience in conducting business requirement workshops and performing PoCs Good experience in ONB 2.0 configuration with expertise in writing Business rules. Configured Onboarding Data Models. Configured and deploy Onboarding process definition. Configured Onboarding Panels. Knowledge of Role Based Permission for Onboarding Offboarding & Cross boarding. Exposure of DocuSign Integration. Implementation experience on SF Onboarding 2.0 with client facing roles. Responsible for end to end implementation of SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 module. Responsible for Conducting workshops on implementation or PoCs for customers. Responsible for end to end to product /business process design and solution. Individual contributor as a consultant for SuccessFactors ONB 2.0.
