Strong understanding of HR data structures and systems with the ability to build and maintain new and existing dashboards
Ability to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dashboards and Automation.

Stakeholder management experience
Proficiency in designing and developing dashboards with the ability to translate business problems into effective analysis plans and visualization
Indepth knowledge of confidentiality data protection and data integrity of HR systems and processes
Roles & Responsibilities:
Utilizing your expertise in data mining and visualization tools like Tableau Alteryx and PowerBI as well as databases like Snowflake to effectively analyze and present data insights
Creating and maintaining various dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for global customers
Knowledge of access management
Proficiency in data visualization converting tables and lists into meaningful charts and graphs
End to end Automating the Extract Transform and load process by using Alteryx for dashboard as well as for reporting requirements
Ownership of project deliverables from endtoend striving to provide highquality support that meets or exceeds customer expectations
Prioritizing maintaining a seamless and consistent user experience across all NN HR data services
