Certification or experience in another SuccessFactors module
5 years of SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation Experience
8 years of experience in HR/HCM projects
Experience and knowledge of Employee Central (EC) including implementation strategies data and reporting
Experience in Integration Centre SuccessFactors APIs
Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook giving Proof of Concepts
Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design
Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations
