Structural Landscaper

Due to company growth and expansion a great opportunity is available for a residential construction landscaper to join their landscape and pool construction company.


You will be working with a team who work together to achieve an outstanding result. You must be aware that there is hard, physical labouring involved in this position and you will be working outdoors in all weather type.

Your day to day duties will include:

• Structural landscaping, building from scratch on residential homes.
  
• Building rock walls, retaining walls, fencing, paving, turfing, plants, irrigation.
  
• Working autonomously and with a team
  
• Ability to supervise a small team of landscapers and apprentices where needed
  
• Ability to assist in the set out of pools (not essential but handy)
  
• Set out levels
  
• Run a job and be on the tools.

Requirements

We seek candidates with the following skill and experience:


• Proven commitment to working in the landscape construction industry
  
• Certificate III in Landscape Construction desirable
• Passionate about quality results and learning new skills
• Ability to supervise a job from start to finish.
  
• Ability to problem solve
  
• Working knowledge of WH&S practices
  
• Able to take and follow instructions
  
• Current drivers licence (ESSENTIAL)
  
• Bobcat/Excavator ticket and MR licence an advantage but not essential
